Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I place my order?
For standard products, we recommend 2-3 working days. For custom orders or large corporate programs, please allow 5-7 working days. We can accommodate rush orders – just call us!
For end of year gifting it is highly recommended to place orders as soon as September for delivery on the date that suits you. This ensures your selected gifts will be available.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
We can only offer same-day delivery to the Manawatu Metro area on orders placed before 12pm. Additional charges will apply. Please call us on 0800 132 044 to arrange.
Can you accommodate special dietary requirements?
Absolutely! We can create hampers for various dietary needs including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and nut-free options. Just let us know your requirements.
Do you provide invoicing for corporate accounts?
Yes, we offer 7-day payment terms for established corporate accounts with an account code. We can also set up account arrangements for regular orders.
What if the recipient isn't home for delivery?
Our courier service will attempt delivery and may leave a card if no one is home. All our deliveries are marked with an ‘Authority To Leave’ so unless you have other arrangements in place with your local driver, the package will be left in your designated area. We require someone 18YO+ to sign for any gift deliveries containing alcohol.
