Delivery Costs
- Standard: $14.00
- Rural: $20.00
- Saturday Delivery: $35.00 (North Island only)
- Pallet Freight to one address: $250 (Price is a placeholder only, the actual freight cost is on-charged at time of dispatch and will show on final invoice)

Delivery Timelines
- Manawatu Metro: 1-2 working days
- Manawatu Rural: 2-3 working days
- North Island Standard: 1-2 working days (Up to 4 days peak season)
- South Island Standard: 2-4 working days (Up to 5 days peak season)
- North Island Rural: 2-5 working days (Up to 6 days peak season)
- South Island Rural: 3-5 working days (Up to 7 days peak season)
- North Island Pallet Freight: 2-5 working days (Up to 6 days peak season)
- South Island Pallet Freight: 3-5 working days (Up to 7 days peak season)
Important: All deliveries are dispatched Monday-Friday only. Weekend orders are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery of Gifts Containing Alcohol
All alcohol deliveries require signature from someone 18+ years old. This is a legal requirement that we must strictly adhere to.
If no one 18+ is available to sign for the delivery, the package will be returned to the depot and redelivery charges may apply.
Please ensure someone over 18 is available at the delivery address during business hours.
Urgent Delivery
Saturday delivery is available for $35.00 for North Island, major cities, and towns. South Island Saturday delivery is available on request. Please call us at 0800 132 044 to arrange urgent delivery options.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your delivery’s progress in real-time.
Tracking is available for all delivery methods except some rural areas where courier tracking may be limited.
Pickups
We are an online only business and pickups are not allowed.
PO Boxes/Inaccessible Area Delivery
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or inaccessible areas. All deliveries must be made to physical addresses where our courier can safely access.
If your address is in a gated community, apartment building, or requires special access, please provide detailed instructions including:
- Gate codes or access instructions
- Apartment or unit numbers
- Contact phone number for delivery coordination
- Alternative delivery instructions if no one is home
Damages
All hampers are packed in protective outer cartons for safe delivery. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
When reporting damage:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Keep all original packaging for inspection
- Provide your order number and delivery details
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Our customer service team will guide you through the claims process.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
- Legal Requirement: By law, all gift boxes containing alcohol must be signed for by a person 18 years or over.
- Ensure someone 18+ is available to sign
- Consider workplace delivery if no one home during day
- Parcels containing alcohol will be clearly labelled
- We cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays due to age verification requirements
What about rural delivery?
