All Barclae Ridge Gift Solutions hampers are packed into protective outer cartons and delivered NZ wide via courier (or other arrangments made at time of order). We do everything we can to ensure your gifts are delivered on the day requested but are reliant on the courier companies dealing with factors outside of our control. Please note, our couriers do not collect or deliver during the weekends or public holidays. Any orders placed during the weekend or after hours will be dispatched the next working day.

MULTIPLE DELIVERY ADDRESSES
This is a very common process for us. All we require from you is an email with the separate addresses and if multiple recipients are getting varied gifts, please state clearly beside each name and address the style of hamper you would like to be sent. DELIVERY OF GIFTS CONTAINING ALCOHOL
By law, all gift boxes containing alcohol must be signed for by a person 18 years or over. It is your responsibility to ensure someone over 18 is available to sign for the parcel – alternatively, you could arrange to have the delivery made to a workplace. Parcels containing alcohol will be labelled. We cannot accept responsibility for failure/delay of delivery if it is not lawful to leave the package.
RURAL DELIVERY SERVICES
- There is no overnight or Saturday delivery service for rural deliveries
- Courier delays are outside of our control
- Dispatch is Monday – Friday only. Orders received during the weekend will be dispatched the next working day

PO BOX / UNACCESSIBLE AREA DELIVERY
Please ensure a correct physical address is used for all orders, as we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or inaccessible areas.
If your gift arrives damaged this must be reported within 12hr. All original packaging must be kept. We will require your help with photographic evidence – this is so we can make a claim on your behalf with the courier company and arrange a replacement gift to be sent if the claim is successful.
