The included terms and conditions apply to all users of the website – By viewing and using this website you will be understood to agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to accept the following terms, you must refrain from accessing and using this website.


To be able to use this website you will be asked to provide some personal information, including name, delivery details, phone numbers, email address and your age and the recipients age if purchasing gifts that include alcohol.  We may use your personal information to contact you to share information, services, products or special offers that we might run from time to time. We will not share any of your personal information with any other party unless required to do so by the law.


Please note all Hamper and Freight pricing on this website is GST inclusive. GST will be shown at checkout.


You will be required to make payment in full prior to your order being submitted and dispatched. You are fully responsible to ensure all details are correct, including age of you (purchaser) as well as gift recipient, if gifts containing alcohol are being purchased.


By law we cannot and will not sell or supply alcohol to any person under the age of 18 years old. Proof of ID may be requested at the time of order and/or upon delivery to the recipient.  Our couriers will not leave any deliveries that include alcohol with any person less than 18 years and if asked, the recipient must provide valid NZ driver’s license, 18+ card or passport to prove age. Any re-direction or return courier charges due to incorrect age entries or underage receivers will be on charged to the purchaser and the hamper dispatched to the purchaser once extra courier charges are paid. (Providing the purchaser is over 18 years of age).  It is illegal to purchase alcohol under the age of 18 years and it is also illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase alcohol. It’s your responsibility to ensure you meet the law. We do our bit!
We do not sell or deliver alcohol on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm pn Anzac Day. Click Here to view our License


Every gift hamper is designed and created onsite at Barclae Ridge Gift Solutions and our in-house quality control system is closely followed to ensure the freshest products are used. All gift and food products supplied by Barclae Ridge Gift Solutions are of highest standard and are covered by The Consumer Guarantee.


All Barclae Ridge Gift Solution hampers are packed into protective outer cartons and delivered NZ wide via courier or by arrangement at time of ordering. We do everything we can to have your gifts delivered on the day requested but are reliant on the courier companies working with their loads and sometimes weather restrictions to have your deliveries made on the exact day requested. Please note that our couriers do not collect or deliver during the weekends or public holidays.  Any orders placed during the weekend or after hours will be dispatched the next working day.

Please contact Barclae Ridge Gift Solutions by email to discuss the reason for requesting an exchange or return of any gifts.  Any freight costs incurred is at the senders (your) expense.  Gifts will only be exchanged after approval and confirmation from Barclae Ridge Gift Solutions.

Every effort is made to provide and deliver gift hampers as they are presented on the website. All products included in our hampers are subject to availability. In the case of supply difficulty, we reserve the right to substitute any of hamper contents of the same type to equal or greater value.  We do not give any warranty of accuracy or reliability of information contained on the website to you or any other person.


To the extent permitted by law, all express or implied conditions and warranties in connection with the website, the service and sale of any products are excluded. We do not exclude liability under any condition or warranty which cannot be excluded by law. In those circumstances, to the extent permitted by law, we expressly limit our liability for breach of a condition or warranty implied by virtue of any law at our option to: the replacement of the product; or the supply of equivalent products; or making a full refund to you for the price of those goods or services. We will not, in any case, be liable for any consequential or special damages, including loss of business profits, nor will we be in any way responsible for any losses, damages, costs or other consequences (direct or indirect) arising from any delay in delivery. We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content (without notice), or cancel orders (without charge to you) at our discretion. We will endeavour to supply you with the goods or services ordered, but we will not be liable to any person if we decline to fulfil, or are unable to fulfil, an order.
