By accessing or using our Website, placing an order, or purchasing our products or services, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. Your continued use of our Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • “Products” means gift hampers, individual gifts, and related items offered for sale through our Website
  • “Services” means custom gift design, corporate gifting programs, and delivery services
  • “Order” means your request to purchase Products or Services from us
  • “Consumer Guarantees Act” means the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand)
  • “Personal Information” has the meaning given in the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand)

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

4.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing information on our Website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our Website are error-free, complete, or current.

4.2 Product Availability

All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time without notice. In the event that a Product becomes unavailable after you have placed an Order, we will notify you and provide options for substitution or refund.

4.3 Product Substitution

Due to seasonal availability and supply chain considerations, we reserve the right to substitute items in gift hampers with products of equal or greater value and similar type. We will make every effort to maintain the overall theme and value of your selected hamper.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

5.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on our Website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect Orders already confirmed.

5.2 Payment Terms

Unless you have an active 7-Day Corporate Client Account with us, payment in full is required at the time of placing your Order. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • Bank transfer (for corporate accounts)
  • AfterPay
  • Other payment methods as displayed at checkout

5.3 Corporate Accounts

Corporate customers may be eligible for account terms subject to credit approval. Please contact us directly to discuss corporate account arrangements.

5.4 Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

6. ORDERING PROCESS

6.1 Order Placement

To place an Order containing alcohol, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Accept these Terms and Conditions
  • Complete the payment process

6.2 Order Confirmation

Once your Order is placed and payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your Order by us.

6.3 Order Modifications

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, subject to our production schedule. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes to your Order.

7. ALCOHOL SALES AND AGE VERIFICATION

7.1 Legal Requirements

In accordance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, we are legally required to verify the age of purchasers and recipients of alcoholic products. By purchasing products containing alcohol, you warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • The intended recipient is at least 18 years of age
  • All information provided regarding ages is accurate and truthful

7.2 Age Verification Process

We may request proof of age at any time during the ordering process or upon delivery. Acceptable forms of identification include:

  • New Zealand driver’s license
  • New Zealand passport
  • 18+ card
  • Other government-issued photo identification

7.3 Delivery Restrictions for Alcohol

Our delivery partners will not leave alcoholic products with anyone under 18 years of age. If the recipient cannot provide valid identification proving they are 18 or older, the delivery will be returned to us, and additional delivery charges will apply.

7.4 Alcohol Delivery Restrictions

We do not sell or deliver alcohol on:

  • Good Friday
  • Easter Sunday
  • Christmas Day
  • Before 1:00 PM on ANZAC Day

7.5 False Declarations

Making false declarations regarding age for the purpose of purchasing alcohol is illegal under New Zealand law. Any Orders found to contain false age information will be cancelled, and the matter may be reported to appropriate authorities.

8. DELIVERY TERMS

8.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide throughout New Zealand via our courier partners. Delivery charges vary based on location and are calculated at checkout.

8.2 Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery timeframes are:

  • Manawatu Metro: 1-2 working days
  • Manawatu Rural: 2-3 working days
  • North Island Standard: 1-2 working days (Up to 4 days in peak season)
  • South Island Standard: 2-4 working days (Up to 5 days in peak season)
  • North Island Rural: 2-5 working days (Up to 6 days in peak season)
  • South Island Rural: 3-5 working days (Up to 7 days in peak season)
  • North Island Pallet Freight: 2-5 working days (Up to 6 days in peak season)
  • South Island Pallet Freight: 3-5 working days (Up to 7 days in peak season)

8.3 Delivery Charges

Current delivery charges are:

  • Standard: $14.00
  • Rural: $20.00
  • Saturday Delivery: $35.00 (North Island only)
  • Pallet Freight to one address: $250 (Price is a placeholder only, the actual freight cost is on-charged at time of dispatch and will show on final invoice)

Hamper freight is charged per hamper

8.4 Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your Order. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information, recipient unavailability, or other customer-related issues, additional delivery charges may apply.

8.5 Delivery Limitations

We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays unless specifically arranged. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

9. QUALITY GUARANTEE AND RETURNS

9.1 Quality Commitment

We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. All our gift hampers are assembled on-site with fresh, premium products and are subject to our quality control processes.

9.2 Consumer Guarantees

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected by these Terms. Products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.

9.3 Returns and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, returns and exchanges are limited. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you have concerns about your Order. We will assess each situation individually and may offer:

  • Replacement products
  • Partial or full refund
  • Credit for future purchases

9.4 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order number and detailed description of the issue
  3. Await our response and instructions

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
